burlary in the 2nd degree i offense

was charged with burgalry 2. entered my brothers house with his permission, hes the only on on the lease, he signed the key out to sister and i to there and remove his stuff. his girlfriend at the time that he just moved in there was there still after she had him arressted. she had my my sister and i arressted for this. we did not committ any crime there, only went and got his stuff. she did press charges for tampering also, but we did not destrot the house like she said in her depo. can tis stick if i take this to trial?

While I can understand your question I have several things I would like to discuss with you.

1. Most people come into the court thinking the only way to win your case is at trial, this is wholly untrue.

2. Trial is always a gamble regardless of the facts.
