Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I called the police on a teenager and her boyfriend for racing past my house in there car. They found out it was me now the teenager and her MOTHER are driving by my house every day at all times of the day flipping me my wife and my 3 year old child off. And laying on the horn. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. Is there any legal action I can take. Is this harassment?. Please help

You may ask the Court to grant an order of protection from them which could order that they remain a certain distance from you and/or your house. This we recommend for you to do ASAP.
