Can the NYC Police seize your car if they arrest you for solicitation or suspecting of, a prostitute? Thanks

Re: car seizure
Only if the car is related to the solicitation. If you 'solicit' while in the car, then the car can be 'evidence'. You will need an order from a judge to get it released. That is done on motion with notice.
