Assuming a misdemeanor charge--Because you are YO , the case is sealed (provisionally) pending the disposition. Prior to the case being dispo'd and sealed. A background check could give an employer info regarding your case depending with which agency/dept the check is made. It is safer to wait until the disposition of the case if possible for any check. Realize sealing may take some time after disposition.
