Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have had a CD in new jersey for possession of marijuana, about for years ago.Recently I was arrested for burning marijuana in public in the Bronx. Is it possible to plea for an ACD from the prosecutor without a lawyer? I am a recent college graduate applying for jobs and am financially unstable. A lawyer might be out of the question.

If you were convicted of a crime in New Jersey then you are not eligible for a marijuana ACD unless the DA consents, which is unlikely. I suggest that you hire a good criminal defense lawyer.
