What is a Certificate of relief (typeA)?

My charge was reckless endangermen.2nd degree back in 1992, in New York.Can you help me with this and refer me to an attorney.

I would suggest that you contact the local Attorney Bar Association for where you reside or the charges were filed. If you email me with the location of where charges were filed (ie. what court) then I can provide you with the correct local Bar Association phone number.
