Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
the charge :Pl 120.05 01 D Felony 1 count, arrest charge, arraignment charge, aslt w/int to cause serious ph inj. The fight took place on my property and I was provoked because i thought the people were going to attack me so i struck first. This is my first serious charge as i have 1 violation on my record (if that is a real charge to stay on). How much time do i get?
