Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I am trying to get an old charge vacated. Felony charge reduced because DA knew allegations were false...but still had to plead to misdearmenor...now I am on job search and this may adversely effect my chances...what can I do?

New York has no expungement law. The only way to get rid of and old conviction is to seek to have it reopened based upon some constitutional violation.
