Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I have been charged with aggravated harassment by my ex girlfriend. All I did was text a few times, called her 2x left a voice mail, and sent flowers 1x saying "I'm sorry." I NEVER threatened her or had malice towards her. I have no criminal past, no history of violence, worst thing is a parking ticket! I could lose my job because of a misdermeanor not to mention visitation with my son. Any advice would help! The case is in Nassau Cnty NY

Depending on the total number of contacts you made, in what period of time and what was said will determine if you are guilty of Aggravated Harassment. It does sound like you have a decent chance to win.
