Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

i am currently being charged with a class b feolony pocession with intent to sell it wasnt my stuff but since i was with my bf and he threw it into my poket i got charged,otherwise i had no clue he had it. i am a first time offender

You did not ask a specific question. You have the right to contest the charges and plead not guilty based on the fact that it was not your drugs and you had no knowledge of them. If you wish to take a plea to protect the other person you are probably looking at a probationary sentence. You have to decide what you wish to do.
