Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Charged but not convicted for DUI in Florida. Will i be able to drive in NY/NJ since no conviction and charges and trial are pending.
If not, what are the reactions? Can you get just a ticket or instant arrest and processing for Aggravated unlicensed in NY/NJ

It depends upon the conditions imposed by the court in Florida. If the judge set up as a condition that your driving privileges were suspended pending the outcome of the case ,then you cannot drive. If you get caught driving then you can be arrested. You may contact my office @ 718-834-0087 for a phone consultation.
