I was charged with cscr in the 3rd degree back in 1990 and served a term of 1-3 in brooklyn ny i heard that i can petition the court to have this sealed according to the new rockefella drug reform law do i need a lawyer for this because it is really affecting me work wise? and where can i find an affordable lawyer?
