Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

I was just charged with Harassment 2nd in NY State after a girl and I got into an argument and I punched her in the face. I am wondering if any of these are grounds for dismissal?

1. The time on the report is wrong. I was actually not in the vacinity of her at the time it says.

2. She remained near me after I told her repeatedly to get away from me which could have prevented the fight.

3. She pushed me first. I was acting in self defense.

4. She approached me, but I was ticketed because she went to the police first.

5. The police called me to come to the station to pick up paperwork. I told them I would be there after work and since we live in such a small town, they saw me driving in my car and pulled me over so they could bring me the paperwork. Then, to cover their butt with pulling me over for no reason, they ran my boyfriends license so it looked like a legit pull-over. Aren't they harassing me?

Please give me some advice or any other possible ways I could get this dismissed.
