I was charged with a misdemeanor 265.01 and I paid a fine of 1200 dollars for the violation is tht on my record for the rest of my life ,

PL 265.01 is a misdemeanor "crime" and therefore is on your record. It may be used against you in the future if you committ a similar crime. As far as employment, that would depend on the question asked. It is permenant. If a background check is done, it will be found.
