What should i do when new york city housing authority un justifiablly charge me with a felony of non veriafiable income and falsifying documents in which at the time period was correct from 2005- present?, all income was reported by job my mistake was to attached the forms yet i also check no..

You should not expect jail time, but it would be highly recommended to have an experienced lawyer with you defending you and preserving your rights in court.
