Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
i was charged with possession of burglar tools in suffolk county, in my past i have had numerous prior arrests did time and have been on parole, will the DA use that against me this time around and what are the chances that i will have to do jail time for this charge?? my prior arrest were for possession of a criminal substance, domestic violence, leaving the state of NY under parole supervision and not advising my parole officer, i have been off of parole for over a year now. will i get jail time??
