Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I'm being charged with promoting prison contraband,consisting of marihuana, a D felony. They claim to have 3 telephone recordings. What am I facing if anything?

If you have no prior criminal record, you could face up to 7 years in State Prison. You should definitely hire an attorney to handle this for you since having a felony conviction is a very serous thing and could effect your ability to get employment, besides your right to carry or possess any type of gun as well as the right to vote.
