Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

i was charged with 220.03

So I got pulled over and the cop pulled me

and my 2 other friends over they were in

my car long story short he pulled me out

told me that he knew my friend was high

which he wasn't but he asked me if I had

anything in the car and I told him I had 2

vicodin pills in my ceter consol he took

them and arrested me never read me my

marainda right nothing just charged me

with a 220.03 but I would like to know how

would I eihter be able to change it to get

released on R.O.R or get it reduced I have

no prior record at all and I don't know wat

to do please help I'm trying to join the

army and this will really mess up my

chances
