Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
im being charged with 3rd degree burglary of copper out of a buliding that was closed for 12 years one year after the crime happend. the buliding was demolished 6 months ago how can they still charge me if there is no crime scene, no witnesses,no fingerprints, some dna on a dustmask
