Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I am charged with robbery and assault I did have a physical fight with the person but did not take anything but there pride. I have never been convicted of a felony before but have been charged with a felony that was reduced to a misdemeanor. Can the day use my prior original felony charge in this case?
