Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

charges

What would someone get charged with if they were arrested for sale of cocaine and marijuana. About 14 grams of cocaine and/or 1 pound of marijuana. .....................Can you tell me how to look up every law in my area ?

Someone may be looking at a "C" or even a "B" felony which could net them a substantial amount of time in prison (up to 15 years for a "C" and up to 25 for a "B".)on the cocaine and a "D" felony on the Marijuana (assuming it is just over 1 lb.) That carries up to 7 yrs.

As described one would face Felony charges and potential jail time if convicted of the most serious charge of at least 15 years. I would consult an experienced criminal defense attorney ASAP should someone get arrested on those charges.
