Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
(charges) criminal
My daughter who is thirteen was brought up on 2 charges. 1.robbery 2nd 2.c.p.s.p 2nd. at the percient. When we get to the court there are 4 additional charges 1 count-c felony robbery in 2 degree, 2 count-d felony robbery in third degree, 3 count-e felony Grand larceny in the fourth degree, 4 count A misdemeanor c.p.s.p fifth degree, 5 count
A misdemeanor unlawful imprisonment second degree and 6 count B misdemeanor menacing in third degree. I am trying to understand where did the other charges come from and how is $19 dollars a grand larceny charge? This incident happened on April 20th in school. is there anyway i can file charges against the school? because prior to this someone took money from my daughter and when she reported it to the princpal and the assisted princpal nothing was done.
