Child Abuse Charges

Does a family need an attorney if they have been unjustly accused of child neglect/abuse and have been to referred to Child Protective Services by a third party?

If you can afford one, getting a competent attorney is always the best choice. An attorney will investigate all avenues of defense and provide all necessary explanations.

They definately need representation, They could be indicated, it could harm their employment and it could bar them from the child
