My child got arrested an waz charged wait resisting arrest an now they offer 3 yr probation is there something tht can be done..

In order for some one to be convicted for resisting arrest, there must first be a lawful arrest for something else. It is hard to say if something can be done without knowing some more details. What county is the case pending? How old is your child? Is this his first arrest? What was the initial arrest for, besides resisting arrest?
