child molestion

my husband is in jail for child molistation and I would like to know the laws on how to get divorced and how it works. He is in NY and I am in Fl 7 months out of the year, then in ny the other 5 months. I need help I don't want to be with him

You can commence the proceeding on the grounds of abandonment. You can have the correctional facility served (or have them serve him).
