Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
classes and degrees of felonies.
i would just like some information on what constitutes different classes of felonies, or resources where i can look this up. i.e. what constitutes a class A felony vs. class b,c,d etc. For new york city. I have been searching web for an hour and cannot find this. More specifically, I am interested in robbery. Also i am interested in degrees, specifically robbery in the second degree, and range of possible sentences - min/max? Thanx

Re: classes and degrees of felonies.
You need to find a copy of the New York State Penal Code. There you will find the different crimes and their different degrees.
