Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have two clients who went to court because they punched and assaulted another person. They were given an order of protection. Will the people who the order of protection is against be informed or am I as the social worker responsible to tell the other people?
Thank you!

If it was family court or criminal court the court or District Attorney's office will serve the complaining witness'. The defendants, in a criminal case, should have been served in court.
