Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Collecting unemployment and Working part time
I have been charged with grand larceny for collecting unemployment (3k) and working part time. I was told that, with restitution, I could possibly have my charge reduced to a violation. Is this true? What is the likelihood or possible alternatives? Thanks.

It is possible. Nothing prohibits the ADA from making this offer. I can be contacted at (212) 867-4753 if you need to discuss this further.
