Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I have been collecting unemployment and working. Question do I have to pay it all back at once or can I in any way pay so much a week until paid PLEASE HELP

I'm assuming that you did not notify unemployment that you were working, therefore your major problem is that you have committed a crime. I suggest you immediately cancel unemployment and do nothing else about it unless you are contacted by their investigators. At that point refuse to talk to them without a lawyer. They tend to be very heavy handed and threatening and make false promises. If the amount you collected was small arrangements could be made to pay it back.
