Re: complaint charge
There is no crime in writing out someone's check for them to sign in order to pay their bills. So, you couldn't have plead guilty to that because it is not a crime.
Something is missing here.
You need to ask the court to vacate your plea and go to trial.
Don't you have an attorney?
Re: complaint charge
Your question only raises more questions; that is, more info is needed: Why was it you "had to plead guilty"? (Was someone standing over you with a gun?) And, if you already pled guilty, what did you plead to and why are you going to court next time?
I suspect you merely signed some kind of confession --- but your paragraph on this doesn't make this clear, so I can't tell what the true picture is.
You call it a "charge of misdemeanor"; have you already been convicted or are you facing prosecution at this time?
