Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
I was conivted of grand larceny second in NY, I am trying to get my chargers lowered so I can join the military, what do I have to do to get this acconplished?

After a conviction, you cannot get your charges lowered. If there was some sort of Constitutional issue it can be looked into and try to reopen the case with a 440 motion.
