Consenting adults inquiry .
What is the age of consenting adults for New York State in terms of sexual activity? I am in my mid-twenties and want to know if there are legal implications if the other party is the age of 17 and both are voluntarily consenting to the activity?

17 is the legal age of consent in NY State.
