Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
If someone was convicted in 2000 of Endagement the Welfare of a child and in the docket paper it states no contact with minor children, does that stay in affect for the rest of his life? Is he allowed to be around children now?

If you received probation or a conditional discharge, it means for the term, which by now has long since expired, you had to stay away from minor children. The restriction no longer applies to you. Good luck.
