Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
i have been convicted of a felony when younger and have changed my life around i have held a steady job over 10 years a good managerial job have a family and would love to have my record clean i dont want to keep getting punished for a mistake i did when young i was 19 years of age and it was a drug offence how could i go about doing

The problem is that New York has no process to expunge convictions. You have two options, neither is very promising. You can apply for a pardon from the Governor's office or you can try to re-visit the original case to see if there was some constitutional violation. Good luck.
