If I was convicted of a felony under the Youth Offender law, and completed my 5 years probation with flying colors, is my criminal record cleared?

you do not have a criminal conviction and the file is sealed.

You do not have a criminal record and the file is sealed so that no one can find out about it but technically law enforcement agencies will still know but it can never be used against you.
