Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

If a cop pulled a gun on me without probable cause, can I fatally or at least critically injure him? If not, why not? Why do cops get away with so much garbage? If a cop breaks the law, should he be disciplined much more (like 10 times more) severely. If a cop hits me, why can't I hit him back? Why do so many cops think they're GOD (like the thug in Passaic who beat a defenseless person) I hope he (Rios) gets life in prison and the the victim(HOLLOWAY) gets 100 million from the city.

Unfortunately cops, like most people involved in the criminal justice system, lie to cover up bad and illegal behavior. The worst part is that they are usually believed, unless the behavior is video taped. It is always best to avoid conflicts with the police. Although it is called the "justice" system, don't expect justice when you go up against the police, except in Brooklyn.
