Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Copy of my sworn deposition
City police are refusing me a copy of my deposition. How do I get it? I have no lawyer. DA office does not return my calls. Geneva, NY, Co. of Ontario.

assuming you are a witness? you would need to get it from the court reporter. if you are a defendant no depo was taken, it was a statement and the state must turn it over in discovery.
