Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

A Court decision regarding an innocent person

My question is:

When a person is charged with homicide because he was at the site, without committing anything and is being wanted, what is their sentence if they go to court?

Being innocent of the crime what do you think the court decision will be?

please answer me back.

Re: A Court decision regarding an innocent person

This is extremely serious. You must see a lawyer and do so very quickly.

You will be chrged as an 'accessory' and that is a seriuous felony. You may also be charged with 'conspiracy', which would make you vulnerable also to 'murder'.

Your best opportunity to stay out of jail is to find a lawyer and turn yourself in. That will put yopu in the best position to avoid jail.

This is very serious and it is important that you not be arrested but rather turn yourself in voluntarily.
