Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Court monday help
My boyfriend and I went to a party thrown by a mutaul friend.I am 17 and my boyfriend is 19. The mutual friend is 22 and his mother was also there. My boyfriend brung alcohol to the party which another freind bought with a fake id. I ended up drinking 4 shots and a mixed drink and had a reaction to it and had seizures and hit my head on a table. I ended up on the hospital on life support for three days and I was in there for another two days afterwards. My parents are bringing charges up against him for endangering the welfare of a minor and for supplying the alcohol. The mutual friend and his mother are being charged with supplying the alcohol to a minor also but not with endangering the welfare of a minor. When we were questioned everyone told the real story. What can I do or what can he do to get through this?

Re: Court monday help
The most important thing to do is to find a good attorney to help with the case. The facts that you outlined may give rise to criminal charges, these charges may be serious and create a criminal record - some of this can potentially be avoided if you have proper representation and guidance through this case.
