Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

CPCS 7th

I am 17 years old, when I was 16 on july 22 2007 sunday morning at 2 am on the way home from a party, i was pulled over and charged with CPCS 7th idk A1 felony i think. for pills....They pulled us over for the license plate was out. Its a first offense. Should I be worried? dont u love google....

CPCS 7th is an A misdemeanor. That is a big difference but CPCS 7th is still a crime. If you do not have a prior record, then you are a mandatory youthful offender which will spare you a criminal conviction if it is handled correctly. You still face a short (60 day) Jail sentence and 3 years probation.
