Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
i used a credit card of a dead relative. i had the package delivered to an old address, but my family still resides there. i didnt sign for the package, but it was address to me. will there be any legal trouble and if so what. if there is im willing to pay restituion, but no jail time.

When the bill comes, pay it in full and then cut it up. Problem solved.
