You can go to this web site and search for pending cases by the name of your daughter if you know, which Court her case is pending in. https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/caseTrac/jsp/ecourt.htm
You daughter should have a qualified criminal defense attorney representing her if she has been arrested and should make no statements to anyone other than her attorney. Please feel free to contact my office if we can be of assistance in this matter.
