Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Criminal

These are the charges against me 155.35, 155.30, possession of stolen property 165.45, misdemeanor 155.25 and meisdemeanor possession 165.40. I have no idea what these things mean, but I did speak to someone from the DA and they took my statement about the attempt to steal, but the money was given back to my employer

Re: Criminal

I am currently way from my desk, but I believe some of those charges are Grand Larceny counts, which are felonies and not just misdemeanors. Therefore the possible sentence could be well over one year. In any event you should retain a qualified criminal defense attorney to represent you and not make any further statements. Please feel free to contact my office if we can be of any assistance in this matter.
