if you are indited on a robbery in the first degree and the only evidence the DA has is a cell phone record and a videotape showing that you are nervous, is that enough to loose trial?

That's a ery difficult questuin to answer. I have personally seen trials lost on very little eidence, and trials won where there is a tremendous amount of evidence.
Trial in many respects is a gamble. You can ensure that you have a good defense and are well prepared, but are always rolling the dice.
