Please define and if possible, differentiate between the following:
murder 2, depraved indifference
manslaughter 1
manslaughter 2

Murder 2 is usually known as intentional Murder, Depraved indifference is a form of Murder2 Here is an example:
if a person goes up on top of a high rise and drops a bowling ball on a crowd below, that's depraved indifference. If he is so drunk that he goes to the top of the high rise and throws the ball down thinking he is in a bowling alley, he's not guilty.
If he goes and drops it on a specific person then it is intentional Murder.
Manslaughter is a little different intentional manslaughter Man1 as we call it is usually when someone intends to put a hurt onto someone and accidentially kills him.
Man2 is unintentional manslaughter, it is more of an accident. For example a drunk driving accident where the drunk driver is not at fault or bares little fault will sometimes go down as a man2.
