In NY state, what are the minimum and maximum sentences for the listed crimes?

Yes, the minimum is an unconditional discharge and court costs (about 150 Dollars) and the Max is a year in jail on each and they can under most circumstances be run back to back. There are a host of inbetween sentences. If you or someone you know is charged, they should have an attorney.
