Re: criminal possesion of stolen property 4th

CPSP 4th needs:

1. value of property over $1000

or

2. a credit/ debit/ or public assistance card

or

3. you are accused of stealing from a loan broker or Re broker

or

4. one or more firearms

or

5.

value is over $100 and is a motor vehicle (car/ atv etc.)

or

6. some sort of religious writing

or

7. ammonia gases

IF you do not meet these requirements then more properly would probably be 165.40 which is CPSP in the 5th degree, a class A misdemeanor...

GOOD LUCK!
