Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
criminal question
My brother was involved in a drug sweep arrest, he was charged with 2 counts of possion and 2 counts of sale of a controlled substance in the 5th degree, what could be the outcome is it possible for no jail time? he has a clean background.
