Re: criminal records

When a member of the public locates your criminal record (with your birthdate, and approximate year of the crime) in a county, only the convictions are recorded. You can only search these in the county seat of the county where the person was convicted.

When the police or the district attorneys get your record, it's via computer and they get both your state and federal ARREST and CONVICTION records.

Re: criminal records

If you are referring to a "rap sheet," both will appear. If you give me more specific information, I can give you a more specific answer.
