Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York
Criminal Solicitation
If a Confidential Informer wearing a wire records you and the prosecuter states in another court case that you are going to be indicted the following day but you are not, can you make a case against the government for criminal solicitation since the recording clearly frees you from wrongdoing but attempts to set you up and is still used in another drug case?
